Groovy Tank Top

Vintage looking tank top with useless buttons, but really add some sense of fashion! Sized small made with 92% polyester and 8% spandex. Could possibly be a dress, on me it is scrunched up. Very cute, very chic, just not on me. I am 5'7" and 190lbs.
